In Office Sessions

Sessions take place at my office at CrossFit End Zone on Detroit Avenue in Concord. Fully equipped for manual therapy, mobility work, and strength training in one space.

Concierge Sessions

Prefer to stay home, or can't easily get to Concord? I'll bring the table to you. Concierge sessions include the same assessment and treatment you'd get in office, just at your location.
